John Mauman, Office Manager

John has over 36 years experience in the insurance industry. He has worked with Nation’s Builders, Magna Carta Companies, The Horton Group, North Point Insurance Company of Illinois and Carnegie Insurance Services of Indiana. He has participated in startup companies, underwritten millions of dollars in business including contractor’s insurance as well as working on settling millions of dollars in claims. Since he has also worked as an agent, he is very familiar with the needs of agents and insureds.

Linda Childers, Claims Manager

Linda has over 40 years experience in the insurance industry. She has worked for Country Companies, Kankakee County Mutual, and Green Garden Mutual. Her responsibilities have included office and company management, public relations, sales and service, claims handling, and loss control. She is the Executive Secretary of NAIFA/ Kankakee Valley and is a past director and has served on the Membership, Underwriting, and Public Relations Committees for the Illinois Association of Mutual Insurance Companies.

Sue Price, Bookkeeping Manager

Sue has worked in the insurance accounting field for over 19 years. During those years she has worked as the bookkeeper for Green Garden Mutual Insurance Company until recently with her new position at Titan P&C. Her responsibilities had been two fold over the years. Under the accounting function she handled all cash receipts disbursements, journal entries, financial reports as well as any information needed by management and the auditors. A second level of responsibility was assisting the claims department with setting up claims, closing claims and processing payments.
